Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving activities to ensure products are handled and stored safely and efficiently
• Perform accurate order picking and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance
• Process customer returns by inspecting for damage and verifying product accuracy against packing slips
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, in strict accordance with company policy and government regulations
• Engage in a "Zero Harm" culture by reporting safety incidents and maintaining PPE compliance
• Provide excellent customer service through professional face-to-face, phone, and email interactions
• Support inventory management and assist branch team members with various operational tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC industry
• Previous experience with forklift operations
