Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and unload materials
• Track inventory levels and conduct regular counts
• Fulfill orders by picking and packing items according to requirements
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
• Apply value-added services such as barcodes, polybags, and stickers
• Inspect products for defects and report issues to supervisors
• Prepare outgoing shipments and load materials onto vehicles
• Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience desired
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) desired
• Comfortable using scanners and computers
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work overtime as business needs dictate
• Ability to lift 10-30 lbs regularly and more with support
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Ability to tolerate facility temperature fluctuations and noise

Benefits

• Hourly rate of $16.22 - $17.22
• Eligibility for partial benefits (e.g., NJ sick time) if assignment exceeds 90 days
