Warehouse Associate Back Up Driver

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work practices and equipment per training and OSHA guidelines
• Operate motorized equipment responsibly and safely
• Obey all local, state, federal, and DOT regulations related to CDL licensing
• Operate tractor and trailer efficiently, including shuttling product and backing in trailers
• Ensure loads are stable before transporting
• Maintain trailer lots and docks in an orderly manner
• Assist in warehouse operations when driving duties are fulfilled
• Complete all paperwork accurately, including safety check sheets

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Acceptable accident and moving violation Motor Vehicle Record
• 2 years commercial truck driving experience
• Ability to lift 85 lbs individually and up to 110 lbs with assistance
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to follow instructions via on-board computer, phone, and email
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
