Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure medical products, including Chest Drains and accessories, are boxed, labeled, and correctly grouped on pallets
• Complete medical device history records and ensure proper retention and storage of case labels
• Assist with material handling using manual or electric pallet jacks
• Maintain clean, organized, and debris-free staging floors and assigned warehouse shelf areas
• Support documentation tasks such as attaching labels and verifying inventory counts
• Notify leadership when entranceways or aisles require clearing to maintain safety

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong English communication skills (both oral and written)
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency in operating pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
• Experience using scanning devices and/or computerized inventory management systems
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs as part of daily duties
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
