Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Select stock efficiently to fulfill orders received from stores
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts
• Operate powered industrial equipment following all safety guidelines
• Inspect products and notify management regarding quality, safety, or sanitation concerns

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds
• Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments
