Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage goods reception and incoming inspection of goods, including registration in Dynamics AX
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders
• Create and complete documentation, including printing delivery notes and invoicing in Dynamics AX
• Perform internal picking and distribution of production orders
• Book transport and manage logistics coordination
• Execute various warehouse tasks such as stock counting, tidying, and forklift operation
• Respond to inquiries via the shared email group and handle ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Education as a warehouse operator or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven experience in picking and packing
• Valid forklift certificate and driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Knowledge of Dynamics AX, Navision, or Dynamics 365
• Fluency in both Danish and English (written and oral)
• A systematic approach to work with a strong focus on deadlines and safety
