Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
• Accurately record all received goods into Oracle and SMACC systems
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all warehouse items
• Manage and track outgoing goods, ensuring correct dispatch quantities and documentation
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock
• Perform regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth flow of goods
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and warehouse documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations within the F&B or retail industry
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Material Control and SMACC systems
• Strong data entry and inventory management skills
• Good understanding of supply chain and stock control processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling food and beverage inventory
• Familiarity with warehouse health & safety standards
• Ability to identify process improvements in inventory handling
