Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform picking of products from shelves using a handheld scanner
• Execute packing of parcels, ensuring correct packaging and labeling
• Receive incoming goods, accept them, and register products in the management system
• Prepare outgoing goods and arrange deliveries for carriers
• Perform loading and unloading operations for trucks, vans, and containers
• Move goods within the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Collaborate on restocking, inventory, and stock verification activities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics/warehouse, preferably in e-commerce
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and digital tools like barcode scanners
• Knowledge of goods handling processes within a warehouse
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
• Availability to work 5 days a week on day shifts (Monday to Saturday, 7:00–20:00)
• Ability to reach the Settala (MI) location via personal vehicle as it is not served by public transport
