Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitor loading and offloading of shipments with drivers and helpers
• Take delivery of incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Receive, store, transfer, and ship materials and products
• Ensure proper packing and wrapping of materials before customer dispatch
• Manage inventory accuracy through daily activities, cycle counts, and audits
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and comply with health and safety regulations
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Assist operations team with product picking, packaging, and dispatching

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience within the UAE
• 1-2 years of forklift driving experience
• Experience in preparing, palletising, and packing materials
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Hindi
• Ability to use computerized inventory systems and data entry skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to join immediately
