Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch shipments accurately and on time
• Receive incoming goods and verify condition and accuracy
• Manage inventory including new and returned products
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the inventory management system
• Maintain high safety standards and operational competency
• Use Microsoft Windows tools, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Use logistics platforms such as TNT, FedEx, and Mainfreight
• Use mobile devices for photos, QR scanning, and task recording

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Intermediate to high computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to obtain a forklift licence if not already held
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience
