Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments
• Learn to accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
• Help identify and report any discrepancies in inventory or shipments
• Learn and implement warehouse management systems and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory and shipping calculations
• Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Reliable transportation to Ouro Branco, Brazil
• Forklift certification is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required
