Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify merchandise according to purchase orders
• Store products in assigned locations while respecting safety standards
• Perform cyclic counts and maintain inventory control
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct selection and packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
• Register inventory movements in the corresponding system
• Report any anomalies or damage in received products
• Support the loading and unloading of merchandise as needed

Requirements

• Completed secondary education or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics
• Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandise handling
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Availability to work on rotating shifts
• Ability to handle manual cargo equipment
• Responsibility and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or mass consumption companies
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and hygiene standards
• Basic proficiency in computer tools (Excel, ERP systems)
• Forklift operation certification
