Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming merchandise.
• Verify orders and perform quality control on all received products.
• Ensure proper storage of products based on their specific nature.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Prepare and dispatch orders for distribution.
• Register and update inventory records in the system.
• Support periodic physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Comply with all safety and hygiene standards to prevent incidents.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or stockroom management.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and quality control.
• Ability to lift and move moderate loads.
• Forklift certification or training.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or digital inventory tools.
• Experience in retail or logistics environments.
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and punctuality.
