Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage physical flows of goods, including reception, storage, picking, line feeding, packing, and shipping
• Execute ERP transactions to ensure accurate alignment between physical and system flows
• Apply safety, environmental, and emergency procedures in all warehouse processes
• Detect and address material anomalies, escalating unresolved issues to management
• Prioritize activities based on operational emergencies and production needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory education
• Valid forklift license (required for drivers)
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly desirable
• Proficiency with IT tools and systems for inventory and logistics management
• A proactive, safety-conscious, and organized mindset
• Strong team spirit and ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
