Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock movements between the State warehouse, National Warehouse, local clinics, agents, and customers
• Manage the end-to-end process of stock movements and update the Company ERP accordingly
• Liaise with management and national teams regarding stock levels, shortages, and delayed movements
• Ensure accuracy of records for the delivery and return of stock
• Assist in creating delivery runs and ensuring correct stock availability
• Perform quality assurance on oxygen and CPAP equipment
• Complete regular stock take activities and data entry duties
• Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements and company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, or a related field
• Strong technical skills and a dedicated focus on safety
• Computer literacy, including experience with spreadsheets, documents, and GMail
• Ability to manage competing demands and follow tasks to completion
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex instructions and safety rules
• Forklift license is preferred, but not required; support is provided to obtain one
