Warehouse and Workshop Operations Staff

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of equipment through necessary maintenance for technical-medical teams
• Perform cleaning, reprocessing, and repair of equipment following company quality procedures
• Manage storage, custody, and stock control of necessary equipment and materials
• Conduct partial and permanent inventory counts as established
• Confirm receipts and shipments of products to specified destinations
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Data Protection (GDPR) objectives
• Maintain stock rotation according to FIFO (First Expiring-First Out) principles
• Coordinate weekly orders with central warehouse staff and record information in the system
• Manage delivery incidents in collaboration with transport agencies
• Handle loading and unloading of equipment received in the warehouse
• Participate in digitalization and automation processes to support digital transformation

Requirements

• Proven experience in stock and warehouse management
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically at a user level in Excel
• Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and digital processes
• Capacity to effectively collect, interpret, and utilize data

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training in electronics and/or mechanics
• Experience in similar technical roles
• Experience in the repair of electronic equipment, particularly medical devices
