Warehouse and Transport Specialist (High-Bay Warehouse)

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse and transport activities for both hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Manage goods receipt and execute internal company transports
• Handle loading activities, including documentation and recording of customer-specific special services
• Ensure proper load securing and perform necessary quality checks for damages or leaks
• Execute order picking and labeling, ensuring all items are correctly identified
• Operate warehouse equipment such as strapping machines and hood stretching systems
• Support inventory processes by conducting physical counts

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a specialist warehouse worker (Fachlagerist) or an equivalent qualification
• Initial professional experience in the logistics sector
• Basic knowledge of hazardous goods regulations and load securing protocols
• Valid forklift license is required
• Reliable, assertive, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience working with SAP software
