Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and distribution operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and waste management.
• Supervise and develop frontline teams through workforce planning, training, and performance management.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, DOT (49 CFR) hazardous materials regulations, and RCRA waste management requirements.
• Drive inventory accuracy and order fulfillment excellence via cycle counts, FIFO adherence, and continuous process improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with transportation, planning, and environmental teams to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma required (Associate's degree preferred).
• 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling, DOT (49 CFR), and RCRA regulations.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems for logistics and shipping.
