Warehouse and Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, including visual checks and verification against delivery notes
• Pick and prepare goods for timely dispatch
• Professionally load and unload trucks
• Manage and organize warehouse storage locations
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse area
• Record all goods movements in the ERP system
• Support inventory counts, stock controls, and process optimizations
• Organize and monitor shipping processes, including loading papers and loading sequences

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Professional experience in loading and unloading trucks
• Valid Austrian forklift license
• Proficient IT user skills
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Reliable team player with high initiative and accountability
