Responsibilities

• Establish processes and procedures for warehousing and commercial shipping operations
• Ensure compliance with inbound and outbound shipments, including temperature-sensitive goods
• Maintain accurate inventory of controlled items and oversee packout activities
• Develop and maintain SOPs for GMP receipts and clinical/commercial shipping
• Initiate and own department Quality records including deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls
• Collaborate with Finance to confirm sales order activities in Oracle
• Inspect warehouse conditions to ensure compliance with OSHA and SDS standards
• Collect and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Material Handling, Shipping/Receiving, and Warehouse coordination
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a regulated environment
• Experience with temperature-sensitive shipments (frozen, dry ice, cold chain)
• Experience with international shipping and jurisdictional requirements
• Proficiency with inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Management preferred
• Transportation Certifications (DOT/IATA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
• Strong computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
