Warehouse and Distribution Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct logistical activities following approved processes and procedures
• Manage the receipting and issuing of stock using ERP and CAMM2 Inventory systems
• Investigate discrepancies in stock levels, transactions, batch numbers, and serial numbers
• Perform physical warehouse inventory stock takes, documenting and certifying results
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and participate in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) consultations and risk assessments
• Provide warehousing and distribution support for the Super Hornet Business Unit, including management of special purpose adhesives and primers

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working in Defence multi-functional warehouse operations
• Certificate II in Warehousing or Transport and Distribution
• Experience providing logistics services using CAMM2
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or SAP systems
