Warehouse Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end warehouse activities, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and movement of all products and materials
• Maintain high inventory accuracy by controlling all inbound and outbound transactions and validating stock data in SAP
• Ensure product quality and optimal storage conditions to protect materials throughout their lifecycle
• Lead and coordinate warehouse personnel, providing clear direction, accountability, and daily operational oversight
• Analyze inventory and operational data using Excel and Power BI to improve visibility, reporting, and decision-making

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with proven responsibility for inventory control
• Hands-on experience leading teams in an operational or warehouse environment
• Strong SAP knowledge for inventory management and transactional control
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Working proficiency in English
