About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse activities for high-volume locations to ensure smooth operations
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for warehousing issues and participate in Management of Change processes
- Mentor and guide associate coordinators on processes and tools to build team capability
- Collaborate with logistics advisors and Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs) to improve processes, contracts, and tools
- Manage inventory accuracy and warehouse capacity by engaging with shipping and packing teams
- Analyze delivery processes to improve on-time performance and manage defective or damaged goods
- Monitor third-party performance to ensure contractual obligations and business needs are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Proven experience working with third-party service providers
- Strong problem-solving and operational troubleshooting skills
- Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
- 8+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Experience in high-volume or complex warehouse environments
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading junior team members
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience in contract stewardship and overseeing third-party operations
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Customer Service, and Transportation
