Warehouse Advisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities for high-volume locations to ensure smooth operations
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for warehousing issues and participate in Management of Change processes
• Mentor and guide associate coordinators on processes and tools to build team capability
• Collaborate with logistics advisors and Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs) to improve processes, contracts, and tools
• Manage inventory accuracy and warehouse capacity by engaging with shipping and packing teams
• Analyze delivery processes to improve on-time performance and manage defective or damaged goods
• Monitor third-party performance to ensure contractual obligations and business needs are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience working with third-party service providers
• Strong problem-solving and operational troubleshooting skills
• Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
• 8+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience in high-volume or complex warehouse environments
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading junior team members
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience in contract stewardship and overseeing third-party operations
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Customer Service, and Transportation
