About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform daily PID checks
- Ensure customer system compliance with WMS system
- Investigate customer complaints
- Manage ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance
- Conduct stock checks and audit traceability exercises
- Perform RDT direct system uploads
- Update systems regarding damaged stock and pallet reworks
- Conduct investigations and control depot KPIs
- Support warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Previous admin or stock control experience
- Good communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Pro-active problem-solving attitude
- Team player attitude
- Experience with SAP and WMS systems is advantageous
