About the role
Responsibilities
- Check stock against paperwork and report oversupply or incorrect stock discrepancies to purchasing, claims, and suppliers
- Assist in resolving inventory issues and discrepancies
- Action phone queries and emails from customers, drivers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with posting completed deliveries, actioning failed deliveries, and uploading driver photos in the TMS
- Process returns and failed deliveries
- Liaise with drivers and communicate relevant customer information to the sales team
- Organize and collate receipting and delivery paperwork for the accounts department
- Participate in twice-yearly stocktakes
- Adhere strictly to Safety & OH&S procedures in line with company and 3PL standards
Requirements
- Conceptual understanding of supplier agreements and pricing
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and experience with Dynamics 365
- Strong numeracy and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and effective time management
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for self-improvement and professional development
