Responsibilities
- Manage dispatching and receiving of orders
- Coach and motivate warehouse staff
- Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service
- Ensure effective, timely, and accurate distribution of goods
- Oversee loading of trucks and checking of delivery sheets
- Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Forklift, Driver, and Picker licenses (preferred)
