Responsibilities

• Manage all wardrobe operations supporting Styling and Editorial teams
• Organize, track, and maintain sample kits and closet inventory
• Order items for stylist kits and replacement filler
• Present new styling pieces in daily styling meetings
• Supervise editorial packing, unpacking, and sample returns
• Coordinate with Buying and Creative teams to pull samples based on mood boards and concepts
• Scan samples into NetSuite and maintain inventory sheets
• Create shot lists including SKUs, outfit photos, and styling notes
• Pack outfits on racks and accessories in suitcases for shoots
• Steam items and manage hanger organization for editorial shoots
• Communicate with Retouching and Site Merchandising to ensure all items are accounted for and linkable on the website

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a styling assistant in editorial and e-commerce fashion shoots
• Strong technical styling knowledge regarding cuts, proportions, and shape
• Deep knowledge of current fashion trends and accessories
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Strong self-motivation and ability to support junior team members
• Understanding of the global fashion landscape and photography trends
