Wardrobe Styling Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage wardrobe operations including organizing samples, stylist kits, and closet inventory for eCommerce and editorial shoots
• Order items for stylist kits and replacement filler, and coordinate with the DC/Library to expedite packages
• Maintain closet organization by ensuring items are scannable and rotated out every two weeks
• Prepare for shoots by creating shot lists (SKUs, outfit photos, styling notes) and packing outfits on racks or in suitcases
• Supervise editorial packing/unpacking, including steaming items and setting up styling areas
• Perform post-editorial duties such as cleaning up collections, finalizing selling shot sheets, and returning samples to correct departments
• Collaborate with Creative, Retouching, and Merchandising teams to ensure all items are accounted for and linkable on the website

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a styling assistant in editorial or e-commerce fashion shoot environments
• Strong technical styling knowledge regarding cuts, proportions, and shapes
• Deep awareness of current fashion trends, hot items, and accessories
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment and re-prioritize tasks as needed
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA (Monday – Friday)
