Ward Manager Nursing

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Internal Medicine department management in alignment with patient and employee needs
• Participate in shift work schedules
• Act as a deputy for the department management
• Implement company principles and goals
• Ensure daily operations and manage personnel and material resources
• Work within an interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to structural processes
• Ensure practical training and education

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional or geriatric nurse
• Completed further training as a ward manager or willingness to acquire this qualification
• High level of motivation and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to actively shape change processes
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Previous experience in personnel planning and development is an advantage
