Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational leadership to a dedicated team
• Manage personnel deployment including duty and vacation planning
• Coordinate workflows with a focus on economic efficiency
• Promote staff professional development through targeted training
• Collaborate with other departments and lead projects
• Support the team directly in active patient care

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a registered nurse or healthcare specialist
• Experience in team leadership or completed ward management training
• Academic degree is a plus (can be completed later)
• Highly organized and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
