Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a nursing team with clear goals and transparent communication
• Plan holistic and guideline-compliant care for elderly patients
• Ensure structured documentation and continuous evaluation of care goals
• Actively participate in quality management, hygiene standards, and process optimization

Requirements

• Three-year professional nursing training
• Previous leadership experience in inpatient care, ideally in geriatrics
• Completed management training/degree or willingness to pursue one soon
• Strong desire to take on responsibility and drive change
• Assertiveness and passion for process optimization
