Wallet Director

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and business roadmap for the Digital Wallet and in-store payment solutions at both local and regional levels.
• Establish the product value proposition, including target customer segments, pricing models, and key functionalities.
• Own the business P&L, managing budgets and resources to ensure revenue and profitability objectives are met.
• Define and monitor key business metrics and OKRs, such as CAC, activation, transaction rates, churn, and LTV.
• Design and lead Go-to-Market strategies for new features and new customer segments.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performance team fostering a culture of innovation and agile execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product, Tech, Commercial, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading fintech, digital wallets, or digital payment solutions.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles within technology companies, digital banks, or strategic consultancies.
• Proven track record managing high-scale and complex product portfolios in high-growth environments.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and BI tools, including SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Looker/Tableau.
• Strong strategic vision combined with analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, including experience with C-level executives and regulators.
• Fluent English.
