Walkaround Program Specialist

Responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing equipment and validate criticality classifications
• Update and standardize walkaround documents for equipment
• Maintain strict document control and revision procedures
• Verify presence and maintenance of walkaround binders at machines
• Install visual management materials and equipment labels
• Prepare electronic documentation for digital system integration
• Support implementation of the Digital Walkaround Application tool
• Conduct time studies to optimize digital walkaround processes
• Provide support to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
• Working knowledge of TPM or Lean Manufacturing
• Experience with document control and revision-controlled work instructions
• Ability to conduct time studies and process analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing digital manufacturing tools
• Familiarity with equipment criticality classifications
• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
• Exposure to visual management systems
• Knowledge of CMMS or MES systems
