Honey Homes is a membership service for homeowners that takes care of the everyday to-do's, ongoing maintenance, and unexpected repairs that come with owning a home. We're on a mission to replace the hassle of homeownership with the joy of comfortable living.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 5–6 in-home walk-thru visits per day across the LA area
- Educate prospective members on membership benefits and answer questions
- Capture tasks directly in the company app during visits
- Convert prospects into members by booking their first handyman visit
- Maintain detailed documentation and task lists for seamless handoffs
- Self-source approximately 30% of leads
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in high-performance environments
- Basic understanding of home systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Ability to drive throughout the Los Angeles area with a reliable vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales in person
- Valid driver's license
