- Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all residents throughout the night

- Maintain a safe and supportive environment during waking night shifts
Requirements
- Must drive and have access to a vehicle
- Patient, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of vulnerable people
- Ability to motivate others and inspire residents
