Responsibilities

• Provide essential overnight support to residents in a residential setting
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all residents throughout the night
• Offer high-quality care and support tailored to the needs of autistic individuals
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment during waking night shifts

Requirements

• Must drive and have access to a vehicle
• Patient, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of vulnerable people
• Ability to motivate others and inspire residents
