Waitress/Hostess

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to service standards, policy, and etiquette
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials
• Anticipate and service guest requirements proactively
• Ensure service stations are constantly cleared and re-stocked
• Follow HACCP and FIFO standards for food safety
• Handle financial procedures according to department guidelines
• Report guest feedback and maintenance issues through the proper systems
• Maintain correct grooming standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
• Passion for excellent customer service
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
