Waitress

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting guests, assisting with seating, and taking accurate orders
• Promote hotel services, food and beverage offerings, and local attractions
• Prepare and serve food, beverages, coffee, wine, and other drinks following established standards
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages
• Adhere to service standards, telephone etiquette, and responsible alcohol service
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of assigned stations and equipment
• Prepare and set up service areas including tables, linen, and glassware
• Support operational efficiency by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Server in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
• Experience in Japanese cuisine, bar operations, or fine dining service
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
• Age between 20–30 years
