About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest service by greeting guests, assisting with seating, and taking accurate orders
- Promote hotel services, food and beverage offerings, and local attractions
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, coffee, wine, and other drinks following established standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages
- Adhere to service standards, telephone etiquette, and responsible alcohol service
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of assigned stations and equipment
- Prepare and set up service areas including tables, linen, and glassware
- Support operational efficiency by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Server in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Experience in Japanese cuisine, bar operations, or fine dining service
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
- Age between 20–30 years
