Waitress

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and providing attentive service.
• Prepare and serve food, beverages, coffee, wine, and other drinks following established hotel standards.
• Promote hotel services, food and beverage offerings, and local attractions to guests.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge regarding menu items, ingredients, wines, and promotions.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of assigned stations, equipment, and service areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and set up service areas, including setting tables and arranging glassware and cutlery.
• Support operational efficiency by monitoring stock levels and completing necessary side duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Server in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Experience in Japanese cuisine, bar operations, or fine dining service.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused "Yes I Can!" attitude.
