Waitress

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service
• Serve food and drinks according to established luxury service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas
• Attend to guest requests promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitress in hotels or restaurants
• Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel environments is highly preferred
• Excellent grooming standards and a presentable appearance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality certification, training certificate, or diploma in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage
