Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional table service to all guests
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness, setup, and organization of dining areas
• Upsell menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
• Excellent English communication skills; Russian language skills are a significant advantage
• Strong understanding of fine-dining standards, service etiquette, and guest engagement
• Professional grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a sophisticated environment
• Pre-opening experience is considered an advantage
