Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences by anticipating guest needs and providing proactive service
- Guide guests through the entire dining experience, from welcoming them to providing menu recommendations
- Maintain the highest standards of service and professional presentation at all times
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Manage the pace and organization of the dining area to create memorable moments for guests
Requirements
- Fluency in both Polish and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- High attention to detail and a passion for service excellence
- Flexibility and a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry
