Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences by anticipating guest needs and providing proactive service
• Guide guests through the entire dining experience, from welcoming them to providing menu recommendations
• Maintain the highest standards of service and professional presentation at all times
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Manage the pace and organization of the dining area to create memorable moments for guests

Requirements

• Fluency in both Polish and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• High attention to detail and a passion for service excellence
• Flexibility and a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry
