Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard hospitality and service to guests
• Guide guests through the dining experience from greeting to professional service
• Make menu and drink recommendations
• Proactively support service flow and collaborate with the kitchen team
• Anticipate guest needs to create memorable experiences

Requirements

• Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude and flexibility
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in Polish and English
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry, is welcome
