Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make thoughtful recommendations
• Take accurate orders and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Ensure tables are properly set, reset, and guest-ready throughout service
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with confidence
• Support pre-opening setup, training, and operational preparations
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards consistently

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a premium or modern dining restaurant
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
