Waiter/Waitress – In Room Dining

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalised, and attentive service to guests throughout their in-room dining experience
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all guest requirements and special requests are captured
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining presentation, quality, and service standards
• Set up dining experiences in guest rooms, suites, and villas according to luxury service standards
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary options
• Prepare and arrange trays, trolleys, and service equipment according to established standards
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and Housekeeping departments
• Promote additional food and beverage offerings and upgrades through suggestive selling
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or In Room Dining Attendant in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Experience delivering personalised guest service in a luxury hospitality setting
• Good spoken English
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
