Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome to ensure a sensational dining journey.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, accounting for dietary requirements and preferences.
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on availability and guest tastes.
• Anticipate guest needs and fulfill special requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Process billing and payments efficiently while adhering to established control procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and table setup within the dining area.
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell bespoke services and exclusive promotions to drive revenue.
• Assist in the preparation, setup, and breakdown of high-profile events and parties.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance that adheres to luxury grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an energetic, outgoing nature.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a meticulous eye for detail.
