Responsibilities

• Present and describe food and beverage menu items to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner
• Greet guests warmly, seat them promptly, and ensure consistent, attentive service
• Oversee table setup and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of all orders
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Monitor inventory of dining supplies and beverages to minimize waste
• Promote and upsell food, beverages, and specialty drinks to increase revenue
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in five-star hotels or high-volume fine dining venues
• Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Knowledge of wines; experience in wine tasting is an advantage
• Experience using MICROS or other POS systems is an advantage
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset
