Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Receive and warmly welcome guests to the restaurant
• Advise on the menu and take orders with product knowledge
• Verify food quality and presentation before serving
• Monitor tables to clear used utensils and replenish cutlery/glassware
• Replenish bread and accompaniments immediately
• Maintain station organization and service area cleanliness
• Coordinate with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service flow
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and maintain hygiene standards

Requirements

• Technical degree in hospitality or related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in similar positions
• Intermediate or advanced English level for guest interaction
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of HACCP and/or SQF (desirable)
• Ability to provide recommendations and ensure a positive dining experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
