Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated and personalized service aligned with luxury and LQA excellence standards
• Ensure memorable experiences by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
• Execute mise en place and service with precision, elegance, and attention to detail
• Maintain impeccable organization of the dining room and service stations
• Present and recommend dishes, wines, and gastronomic experiences
• Work integrated with the kitchen, sommelier, and operational leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fine Dining restaurants or luxury hospitality
• Experience in environments oriented by high hospitality standards and luxury excellence
• Mastery of service techniques, etiquette, and high-standard customer service
• Availability to work from 15:00 to 01:00 (5x2 schedule)
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
