Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and beverage recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Set up and prepare the restaurant before service according to brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and back-of-house areas
• Process guest bills accurately and efficiently
• Follow food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety procedures
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel or premium restaurant preferred
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Experience using POS systems is an advantage
• Excellent spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and professional grooming
