Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by delivering friendly, professional, and responsive service
• Handle guest requests and complaints effectively
• Perform food and beverage service operations including mise en place, order taking, and table service
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and actively promote menu items through upselling
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards in personal appearance and work areas
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in food & beverage service or hospitality industry preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service procedures and hygiene standards
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
